Her approach combines organizational development expertise with a genuine belief that culture is not something an organization has, but something it constantly makes. Kristine co-founded Rooted + Heard to pair culture strategy with inclusion practice in a way that neither discipline can fully achieve alone.

Marjorie Da Silva is the founder of ProInclusivity. She is a researcher, executive coach, and author of Empowered Evolution, a framework for personal and professional transformation. Her work sits at the intersection of systemic change and human potential, drawing on decades of experience across financial services, organizational development, and applied inclusion research. Marjorie co-founded Rooted + Heard to bring that depth to organizations ready to close the gap between the culture they aspire to and the one their people actually experience.
